Refund Policy

Tree works:

If you have had some tree works and are not happy with the outcome then all complaints should be in writing within 2 days to Suzanne@trimatreemk.co.uk where a discussion and complaints policy will follow in regards to the outcome. A refund will not always be appropriate in these circumstances. If a refund is issued, this can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.

Unsplit logs/woodchip purchase:

If you have purchased some of our unsplit logs/ woodchip and are unhappy then please report this in writing within 2 days to Suzanne@trimatreemk.co.uk where a discussion and complaints policy will follow in regards to the outcome. Replacement logs/woodchip will always be offered first and refunds will always be a last resort. If a refund is issued, it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.

Terms and conditions

If you've changed your mind about the tree works or purchase of logs/woodchip and you have already paid then please ensure this is reported to a staff member within 7 days of the tree works going ahead or within 7 days of delivery or collection of the woodchip/logs. We can then enable the refund to proceed.

Methods of payment and refunds

Credit/debit cards

If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.

Cash

If you paid by cash we will refund you in cash.
