Ray Brown - Proprietor
Ray founded this business in 1998 and over the years he has developed it into the successful business it is today. Ray is an expert arborist with a vast knowledge of the industry. In addition to this he remains active in all aspects of the business. Ray ensures the smooth running of operations both on and off site. He is responsible for applying the company's Health and safety policy also ensuring all instructions are understood by all members of staff. Ray has a strong and secure relationship with the employees, which helps to keeps the team happy and subsequently working to their best.
Jonathan Gotch - General Manager
Jonathan is a valued addition to the Company, he is responsible for the efficient organisation of the teams and distribution of the work load. Jonathan has excellent management skills which enables him to organise and support his team members as well as liaise with customers and regular clients in a confident and supportive manner. (New to the team in 2009)
John Stewart - Team leader
John has also been with us for many years and is a credit to the company. He is an expert arborist and competent foreman whom is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. John also has a keen interest in Bat preservation, with this he has recently completed a foundation module and continues to train towards his Bat surveying license.
Ryan Jones - Arborist
Ryan is a credit to the Company, with excellent climbing skills and a friendly, professional manner and outlook. Ryan is very highly regarded by the other team members and praised by all our clients for the tree works he carries out. (New to the team in 2009)
Monica King - Office Manager
Monica is a multi skilled manager who has overall responsibility for the smooth, efficient running of the office and is in the process of bringing in new and innovative systems to enhance the quality of the service we provide. (New to the team in 2009)
Ray Brown (Snr) - Office Administrator
Ray is responsible for the daily running of the administrations within the company. He ensures the business continues to work at a high standard and keeps all company finances in order. In addition to this he oversees all purchasing, deals with customer relations and manages payroll.
