Ray Brown (senior) - Administrations
Ray is responsible for the daily running of administrations within the company. As the secretary he likes to see that the business is always working to a high standard, dealing with customer relations, company finances, and day to day planning. (and he makes a nice cup of tea as well!)
Ray Brown - proprietor/Director of safety/Climber/Arborist.
Ray is responsible for applying the company's Health and safety policy to all activities and ensures that all training and instructions are understood by members of staff. Ray is active in running operations on site and is responsible for liaison with most of the contract work undertaken. Ray has a secure relationship with the employees, which keeps everyone happy as a team.
Danny Dorrington – Arborist/Foreman
Danny is hard working and has good experience and understanding of working practice. He is always hungry for more knowledge within the industry. He has a great customer relationship which is a worthy bonus for his skills. He ensures any responsibility given is carried out thoroughly, so all climbers or crew members’ needs are catered for.
Craig Dempsey – Arborist/Climber
Since Craig has joined the company his army career has really reflected in the way he carries out his duties. He’s always prompt, always working hard, has a team attitude and manages to keep everyone’s self esteem high. His skills as an arborist are reflected in the high standard of work that he carries out. Craig is an asset to the company.
Danny Monet – Arborist/climber
Danny is the newest edition to our team. He is by far an employee with huge potential as a climber. He is enthusiastic in learning from everyone, and listening to his colleagues for advice or instructions. He only has to be told first time round. His skills as an arborist are excellent.
Mark Elmes – Arborist/Climber
Although Mark works with us part time, as an employee he is a credit to the company. His Long experience as an Arborist, reflects in the day to day conduct of running operations. He is a competent and skilful climber and is always keen to help his colleagues with anything relating to improving their own skills. He has a good understanding of work practice and customer relations.
